Arnestad is
responsible for processing the company's processing of personal data and other

purchases at Arnestad Storkjøkken, we need your name, address, telephone number

The Accounting
Act requires Arnestad Storkjøkken to store transaction data for a minimum of 5
years. In order to safeguard customers' rights in connection with guarantees and
complaints in accordance with the Consumer Purchases Act, the Purchases Act and
Arnestad's sales conditions, we store purchase history for as long as relevant.
IP addresses are stored at the website server level and are used only for
troubleshooting and security related incidents such as hacking, fraud or other
criminal acts.
4. Securing
personal information
Arnestad has
good and responsible routines for securing personal data, and that the
processing is in accordance with the legislation.
Zirius is Arnestad's
data processor and supplier for the development and maintenance of e-commerce.
Information from e-commerce is stored on separate servers. BraatheGruppen AS
operates our server which stores information contained in the Zirius
application. Only Arnestad Storkjøkken and the mentioned IT suppliers have
access to our stored personal information.
5. Delivery of goods
We cooperate with Posten Norge, Schenker, Oslo Transport Byrå AS, Apollo Budbiler AS and Best Transport AS.The information shared with the carriers is name, address, telephone number and desired delivery location.
6. Return / Service
PartnersIn connection with returns, repairs, and live deliveries from our suppliers and partners, we share name, address, telephone number, and purchase receipt.
7. Cookies
Cookies are sometimes used on our websites to ensure the quality and user experience. The information is stored on your computer after visits to our websites.
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and see which pages are most and least popular. Also to count the number of visitors, how long they are on the website and how they find the page. This gives us information that tells us how we can improve the user experience and improve ourselves.Google Analytics only stores anonymized traffic data, and is not based on personal data at the individual level.
